Hitoe Kamm
Hitoe Muraoka Kamm died on May 30, 2009 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital, at age 90. Born April 15, 1919, in Hawai‘i, she was a retired office clerk.
She is survived by her brother Ikito Muraoka of Koloa, her sister Sueko M. Goon of New York and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation from 10-10:15 a.m., service at 10:30 a.m., on June 4, at Borthwick Chapel in Koloa. There will be another service on June 10, at Evangelical Christian Church in Honolulu, same time. Burial at 2:15 p.m. at Diamond Head Cemetery.
Bessie Bartlett
Bessie A. Bartlett of Sheridan, Mont., died on Dec. 20, 2008, at St. James Hospital, Butte, Mont., at age 87. Born Aug. 28, 1921, she was retired.
She is survived by daughter Claudia Bartlett and son Marc H. Bartlett.
Service at 4 p.m., June 6, at Lihu‘e United Church.
Aloha/casual attire suggested.
Victoria Toki
Victoria Lucia Toki formerly of Kapa‘a died on May 19, 2009, in her home in Glendale, Ariz., at age 60. Born Dec. 14, 1948, in Hawai‘i.
She was preceded by parents Adela and Silverio Galvez and brother Leonard.
She is survived by husband Geral Toki of Glendale, Ariz.; daughters Mayve (Troy) Reed of Glendale, Ariz., and Sharon (Robert) Toki Coleman of Anchorage, Alaska; sisters Catherine Galvez and Adele Marie Galvez; brothers Francis Galvez and Richard Galvez; and three granddaughters.
A memorial service was held on May 23, 2009, by Heritage Funeral Chapel in Phoenix, Ariz. Her ashes will be scattered on a later date in Kaua‘i as she wished.

Hatsuno Nishikawa
Hatsuno Betty Nishikawa of Waimea died on May 20, 2009, in her home at age 93. Born July 15, 1915, she was a sales clerk with J. Okada Store.
She is survived by son Harris Nishikawa of Waimea; daughter Carol (Richard) Rodriguez of Pueblo, Colo.; grandchildren Eve and Daniel Nishikawa; sisters Terri Kimura of Colorado, Lillian Bayquen of California, Kit Mizukami of California, Marilyn Watari of California; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation from 10 to 11 a.m.; service at 11 a.m., on June 6, at Kalaheo Missionary Church. Casual attire suggested; flowers are omitted.

Henrietta Binder
Henrietta Marie Binder of Kapa‘a died on May 26, 2009 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 93. Born November 16, 1915, in Irvington, N.J., she was a homemaker.
She is survived by husband George P. Binder; sons George E. Binder, James J. Binder, Kenneth F. Binder; daughter Susan B. Wells; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services are private.

Lloyd Rees
Lloyd Rees of Lihu‘e died on May 31, 2009 at age 94. Born on March 14, 1915, in Oakland, Calif., he was a retired business owner in the steel fabrication industry.
He was preceded in death by wife Virginia Rees.
He is survived by daughters Claudia (Dick) Conger and Martha Ellis, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be at a later date.
