KUGA presents a breaking workshop for all ages and levels. Education in hip-hop culture, break dancing and rock dancing will be taught by one of the originators. Cost: $30 per dancer; $20 per non-dancer. Children who need a chaperone should come with a dancer, otherwise spectators will have to pay. Class of 1979 is set for their reunion. RSVP is being requested as soon as possible for the events planned for the weekend. There will be an ice breaker at Lihu‘e Bowling Alley lounge Aug. 20; a golf tournament at Po‘ipu Golf Course Aug. 21; the banquet at Hanama’ulu Cafe Aug. 22 and a family day Aug. 23. All classmates are being encouraged to attend as we will also be honoring 12 classmates who have passed away.
