LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s help with finding a missing person.
Samuel “Kuio” Chung, 22, was reported missing on Sept. 10, according to police.
He was last seen at Hanalei pavilion wearing a black backpack and was reportedly on his way to Ha‘ena, a county news release says.
Chung has several distinctive tattoos including: a tribal tattoo on each of his shoulders, King of Hearts on his left calf, centaur on his right calf and possibly a tribal tattoo on his face.
Chung is 5-feet 11-inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and long brown hair.
He is of Hawaiian-Filipino descent, and has a tan complexion and a medium build.
