People should stay well away from the range perimeter during these hours. The range perimeter includes a shoreline area north of Kekaha Beach Park, a news release says.
Akal Homeland Security armed contract Department of Homeland Security and Immigration Customs Enforcement Federal Protection Service security guards on Kaua‘i will be certified by Robert Ray, contract manager for the Akal Homeland Security Division.
