Butac attack! - The Garden Island

Lihu‘e Bulldog Dreyke Smith-Butac intercepts a pass from Kapa‘a Na Koa quarterback Fresno Masaniai in the second quarter, Wednesday at the Kaua‘i Youth Football game at Vidinha Stadium. Smith-Butac went on to catch a 20-yard scoring pass from Royce Allianic in the third period which was answered by Masaniai hitting Corey Somero-Payomo on an 25-yard touchdown pass and running in an 8-yard score in the fourth quarter. Lihu‘e won 14-12 behind a Kalen Lagoc-Chang point-after boot in the first half.
