PO‘IPU — Kukui’ula Village partnered with Koloa Elementary School to create festive gift bags for holiday shoppers. Students from pre-school through fifth grade hand decorated 1,000 large shopping bags with a holiday Hawaiian flair. Each bag is unique and makes perfect gift wrapping for this season.
Kukui`ula Village donated $300 to the school for art and paint supplies, and $750 as a donation to the school to help them extend their reduced budgets. They are asking shoppers to match this donation by giving $1 for each bag you take home. Each bag is also decorated with a festive holiday bow and gift tag that talks about the art program and provides space To and From. A huge mahalo to all of the teachers and students at Koloa Elementary School. All proceeds will go directly to Koloa Elementary School.
Koloa School holiday gift bags are available in most Kukui`ula Village stores through the holiday period.
