LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Police Department figured there might come a day when those making the weekly Most Wanted list in The Garden Island would be sought for minor crimes.
Such is the case with this week’s batch, with crimes like theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, and contempt of court among their crimes.
Atop the list this week is Shawn Wilber Foster, 43, white with unknown height and weight and a last known address in Wainiha or Hanalei. He is wanted on one grand jury bench warrant for three counts of second-degree theft. His total bail is $3,000.
Rudy Rudolpho Yasay, 54, is a homeless Filipino with a last known address in Kapaia, is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, and his total bail is $2,500.
Alan K. Reyes, 50, is white, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and criminal trespassing. His total bail is $2,050.
Stephanie Doenges Leon, 50, is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kapa‘a. She is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for theft and forgery of a credit card, and fraudulent use of a credit card. Her total bail is $2,000.
Jeffrey Perol Reyes, 20, is Filipino, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair and a last known address in Kilauea. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for second-degree theft, and his bail is $1,000.

Two of the five of last week’s Most Wanted were arrested between Feb. 5 and Feb. 12, Lee Y. Gushiken and Nicholas J. Salvi (two warrants).
