LIHU‘E — In observance of Prince Kuhio Day, county offices will be closed this Friday, along with all refuse transfer stations, the Kaua‘i Resource Center, and the Kapa‘a and Waimea swimming pools, a county news release states.
The Kekaha Landfill and Puhi Metals Recycling Center will remain open during the holiday, along with all HI-5 bottle redemption centers that are normally open on Fridays.
Residential refuse pick-up will also continue as scheduled.
The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on a modified schedule on Prince Kuhio Day. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, March 29.
