LIHU‘E — Leo Vincent Chandler, 49, a Native Hawaiian with a last known address in Kilauea, is wanted by Kaua‘i police on two grand jury warrants involving 11 charges.
The charges include two counts of kidnapping, first-degree terroristic threatening, two counts of first- and one count of second-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, two counts of third-degree theft, third-degree assault, abuse of a family or household member and fourth-degree criminal property damage.
Chandler is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. His total bail is $24,450.
Devin Matthew Villatora Kawamoto, 24, is Japanese, stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and a last known address in Lihu‘e. He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for second-degree robbery, and his bail is $10,000.
Shane Carmen Fann, 28, homeless and believed to be in the Kapa‘a area, is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair and an unshaven face. He is wanted on two grand jury warrants, for first-degree escape, second-degree criminal property damage, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, theft and forgery of a credit card, unauthorized possession of personal confidential information and unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. His total bail is $5,100.
Michael Kai Villabrille, 20, is 6 feet tall, weighs 180 pounds, is Filipino with black hair and brown eyes and has a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. His bail is $2,000.
Catherine Marie Curry returns to the Most Wanted list. She is white, 51, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair and a last known address in Lihu‘e. She is wanted on a grand jury warrant for second-degree theft, and her bail is $1,000.
