Tokioka topped the Boys 13-15 division at the tournament, falling a stroke off the pace with a two-round total of seven-over par 151 (77-74).
Jake Judkins of San Antonio, Texas topped that division with a 150 (75-75), and Tyler Nakazaki of Manhattan Beach, Calif. finished third with a 158 (76-82).
Scott Kim of Richland, Wash. topped the Boys 16-19 division on a five-under par 139 (73-66) followed by Christopher Swift of New Canaan, CT at one-under par 143 (74-69).
