The Cards won their first game against those Blue Jays, 11-6. Luke Garcia went 3 for 4 for the Cardinals, while Charles Samuel and Brayden Abreu each collected two hits.
Kobey Dias and Patrick Esteban had two hits apiece for the Blue Jays.
In Game 2, the Cardinals topped the White Sox, 14-2. Micah Layaso and Sam Nakata each went 3 for 3 and Jared Killeen added two hits.
Layaso also pitched four innings for the Cardinals, giving up two runs and striking out eight.
Tyler Toyofuku was 2 for 2 for the White Sox.
The best-of-three championship series will begin today as the Cards and Blue Jays tangle, with first pitch scheduled for 4 p.m. at LBL Fields.
