LIHU‘E — John Louis Perry, 69, with a last known address in Kilauea, is wanted on an arrest warrant by the Livermore Police Department in California. His bail is $30,000.
The photograph of Perry here is around 20 years old, and his height, weight and eyes and hair color are unknown, according to the Kaua‘i Police Department. He tops this week’s Most Wanted list.
Keniann Takaki, 39, is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kailua on the Big Island. She is wanted on three arrest warrants on the Big Island, and her total bail is $12,000.
Harold Ortiz Sembrano, 34, is Filipino, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 157 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in Lihu‘e, and he is wanted on a grand jury warrant for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and ownership or possession of a prohibited firearm. His total bail is $4,000.
Zackery Erakdrik, 20, is Native Hawaiian, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Koloa. He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for first-degree burglary and fourth-degree theft, and his total bail is $2,050.
Clifton Leon Cabinatan, 22, is Filipino, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be homeless in the Hanama‘ulu area. He is wanted on a grand jury bench warrant for second-degree theft and second-degree burglary, and his total bail is $2,000. He is also wanted for questioning in a stolen-vehicle report, KPD stated.
