He tops this week’s Most Wanted list. Williams is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, is white and has hazel eyes and red or auburn hair.
Shane Carmen Fann keeps popping up on the list, with total bail of $5,100 and now wanted on two grand jury warrants for a slew of crimes: first-degree escape, second-degree criminal property damage, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, theft and forgery of a credit card, unlawful use of or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized possession of personal confidential information.
Fann, 28, last known to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area, is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, may have facial hair, and may also be known as Brandon Randall.
Eric Dale Wakumoto, 23, is Japanese, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Hanama‘ulu. He is wanted on a bench warrant for criminal contempt of court, and his bail is $5,000.
Noel Pascual Andaya, 46, is Filipino, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kalaheo. He is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court (two counts), and is also wanted for investigation of possible violation of a protective order. His total bail is $3,500.
Ryle Akana, 23, is Native Hawaiian, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, shoulder-length hair and an unshaven face and a last known address in Kapa‘a. He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for second-degree theft, unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle and operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant. His total bail is $2,100.
