Get dirty and like it

Volunteer workdays Saturday and Aug. 14 and Aug. 28 are for clearing the first two miles of the renowned Kalalau Trail. Volunteers have provided vital support for this Kaua‘i Planning and Action Alliance project. Meet at 8 a.m. at the Ke‘e Beach trailhead. Be prepared to learn trail-building skills and feel a great sense of accomplishment. Bring sunscreen, eye protection, work gloves, covered shoes or boots, plenty of water and lunch.
