LIHU‘E — Leo Noburo Mitsui, 28, with a last known address in Kilauea, has bail of $52,000, the result of a grand jury warrant charging him with two counts of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, three counts of second-degree theft, two counts of ownership or possession of a prohibited firearm, having a firearm without a permit and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
He tops this week’s Most Wanted list. He is Japanese with black hair and brown eyes, is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 144 pounds.
Tile Manaolana Kamae, 28, with a last known address in Anahola, is Hawaiian, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for first-degree burglary and second-degree theft, and his bail is $6,000.
Shane Carmen Fann, who may also be known as Brandon Randall, is thought to be homeless in the Kapa‘a area and makes a return to the Most Wanted list. He is 28, white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
He is wanted on two grand jury warrants, for first-degree escape, second-degree criminal property damage, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and forgery of a credit card and unauthorized possession of personal confidential information. His total bail is $5,100.
Daniel Kekoa Kamali‘i Renaud also returns to the Most Wanted list, on a grand jury bench warrant for first-degree negligent injury. His bail is $5,000.
Renaud, 29, is white, six feet tall, weighs 175 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and a last known address in Anahola.
Dusty Layoen Parubrub, 58, is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, is Filipino with brown eyes and gray or partially gray hair, and a last known address in Koloa.
He is wanted on a grand jury warrant for first-degree promotion of a detrimental drug; bail is $2,000.
