Steven Kalani Ka‘auwai of Lihu‘e died July 6, 2010 at Kaiser Hospital at age 58. Born on March 23, 1952, at Kapi‘olani Hospital, he was a shuttle bus driver with National Rental Car.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Ka‘auwai; parents John and Barbara Ka‘auwai; daughters Glenda (Joe) Ola, Stephanie (Jeff) Escott and Barbara Jean Ka‘auwai; sons Gerry (Tracy) Rayray and Gavino (Tanya) Rayray; 12 grandchildren; brothers John (Charlott) Ka‘auwai and Duane Ka‘auwai; sisters Cheryl (Tony) Wilson, Lana (Judy) Go, Lehua (Dane) Cougar, Kathy (Tim) Ka‘auwai and Lisa (Gary) Abel; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., services at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, July 16, at Kapa‘a First Hawaiian Church. Cremation to follow.
Family requests that flowers be omitted.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary.

Patricia Mae Lutao-Arrisgado died June 26, 2010 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 72. Born on May 24, 1938, in Makaweli, she was a foster-care parent.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Concepcion Lutao; brother Edward Lutao Jr.; and husband Andres Arrisgado.
She is survived by her daughters Patrice (Daryl) Thronas, Andree-Ann Arrisgado and Andria (Shelvic) Stephens; sons Kevin Kaui and Patric Arrisgado; grandchildren Bobby Arrisgado, Nalu Arrisgado, Dalton Thronas, Arrisa Thronas, Darrius Stephens, Darnell Stephens, Sanaiyah Stevens; Kadence Kaui, Kylie Kaui and Kai Arrisgado; and sister Elaine Kekahu.
Visitation at 9 a.m., service at 10 a.m., on Saturday, July 10, at Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary Chapel.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary.
