Glen Baker of Kamuela died on Sept. 18, 2010 at North Hawai‘i Community Hospital at the age of 72. Born in Honolulu, he was a Vietnam War veteran.
He is survived by wife Winifred A. Baker of Kamuela; sons Glen (Barbara) Baker of Kapa‘a and Jonathan (Robbie) Baker of ‘Ewa Beach; daughters Stephanie (Kerry) Whitesell of Lake Forest, Calif.; Lylac (Cris) Torres of Fresno, Calif.; and Ellen (Albert) Sandoval of San Pedro, Calif.; sisters Shirley (Joe) Salazar of Santa Maria, Calif.; Linda Fitzgerald of North Carolina; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at West Hawai‘i Veterans Cemetery #3, North of Kona Airport, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Dec. 9, 2010.
The family suggests casual attire .
Arrangements are being handled by Cremation Services of West Hawai‘i.
