Hats off to Ellen Ching, Lizann Vidinha, Shane Tokita and all those happy people at the Easter Seals for hosting the biggest and funnest Gingerbread Family Festival, yet! Jason Fujinaka did a great job hosting the event, and Chef Rafael Camarillo had people standing in line to help decorate his gingerbread house which is on display at the Courtyard by Marriott Kaua‘i at the Coconut Beach.
Unfortunately, that came up short against Chef Mark Sassone of the Kaua‘i Beach Resort who had to run off for the Green-and-White soccer (the KIF season starts Wednesday) game. Congratulations to Chef Mark and Chef Toto (her real name is Turquoise Santos) on the win!
Arlene Yoshimori, Ashley Refamonte, Gloria West and Hazel Brown were some of the great wait help at the Kaua‘i Chamber of Commerce Annual General Membership Meeting, Thursday night in the rain. Congrats to Randall Francisco, Carol Texeira and Kamika Smith on another great event!
