Claudia Catherine Niemiec (nee Lemanski) formerly of Arlington Heights, Ill., died on Jan. 29, 2011, at age 69 in Kaua‘i where she resided with her husband for the last 11 years. She was a beloved wife, loving mother and dear grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, John “Jack” Niemiec; children, Todd (Julie), Craig (Kate) and Neal Niemiec; grandchildren, Sara, Grace and Kendall Niemiec; cousin, Cindy (John) Hill, Sean Hill and other nieces and nephews.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Feb. 12, at St. Huberts’ Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canyon St., Hoffman Estates, Ill.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Archdiocese of Chicago or American Cancer Society.
Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral assisted the Niemiec family with arrangements.
