Manzano named new president of Unlimited
Jay Manzano has taken the reins at Unlimited, becoming president effective Jan. 1.
He previously was vice president of Kaua‘i operations for the general contracting company.
Former President Randy Finlay will remain integrally involved in company operations joining Unlimited’s founder Peter Robson on the board of directors.
Unlimited, founded on Kaua‘i 20 years, is the general contractor for the Wailua Cane Haul Bridge widening project. Unlimited has also built Kalepa Village Phase III and IV affordable apartments in Hanama‘ulu; the Kaua‘i Judiciary Complex; the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas; Kukui‘ula Shopping Village; Kaiakea Fire Station; and National Tropical Botanical Gardens’ Botanical Research Center, which was Kaua‘i’s first LEED-certified building.
