New Trade-Winds VP Danny Breatchel

Trade-Winds Management Group is proud to announce the appointment of Danny Breatchel as VP of sales.

Breatchel brings over 25 years of experience in Hawai‘i’s hospitality industry to TMG Hawai‘i.

First Hawaiian Bank VP promotions

First Hawaiian Bank Chairman and CEO Don Horner announced on March 10 the promotion of the following bank officers:

 Todd T. Nitta of Kaua‘i has been promoted from VP to senior VP of the Dealer Center division. Nitta oversees the auto dealer flooring for Hawai‘i, California and Guam. He joined FHB in 1993 as a management trainee and has held several positions, including loan representative, assistant branch manager and business banking associate before transferring to the Dealer Center division in 2003.  He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pepperdine University and is an honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Wash., and a graduate of Waimea High School.

FHB promoted Jeff Higashi from senior VP and team leader to senior VP and Corporate Banking division manager. Higashi leads a team of corporate banking officers in the bank’s Corporate Hawai‘i, Corporate National and Trade Finance areas.

 Michael Tottori has been promoted from VP to senior VP, Wealth Advisory division. As team leader for Private Banking and Big Island Wealth Advisory teams, Tottori partners with bankers to provide comprehensive wealth planning for customers. 

Wesley Wakamura was promoted from VP to senior VP and business banking officer, Kapiolani Banking Region. Wakamura has more than 34 years of financial industry experience and is responsible for commercial banking client development.
