Frederick “Fred” Bukoski of Kalaheo died on April 27, 2011 at Kaua‘i Care Center at the age of 85. Born on May 6, 1925, he was a Wheat Control Superintendent with Grove Farm Plantation.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Silva Bukoski; sons Howard Bukoski and Clifford (Linda) Bukoski, both of Kalaheo; daughter Annette (Burt) Hadama of ‘Oma‘o; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private. Special thanks to Kaua‘i Care Center.
