The Kaua‘i Police Activities League has started its registration process for the upcoming flag football series.
All boys and girls from kindergarten through grade 12 are invited to participate at a cost of $20 per child.
If a child is receiving free lunch through the Department of Education, registration for that child is offered at $10. Parents or guardians must show proof of the free lunch program during registration.
Crystal Kaya is the contact person for the Lihu‘e area, which will be accepting registrations outside the K-PAL Boxing Gym on April 12 and 13 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The K-PAL Boxing Gym is located between the Vidinha Stadium and the North Vidinha soccer field near Kapule Highway.
Tennile Halemanu is the contact person for the Kapa‘a and Anahola area which will be accepting registrations on April 11, 13, and 15 at the New Kapa‘a Town Park pavilion between 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Halemanu will also be accepting registrations from April 11 to 21 from 8 a.m. to noon at Popo’s Cookies in Kapa‘a.
Mark Ozaki will be the contact person for registration in the Kalaheo, Koloa and Hanapepe districts, which will announce their registration dates at a later date.
Thomas Apilado is the designated contact person for registration in the Waimea and Hanapepe districts, which will also announce their registration details at a later date.
