Governor to address KCC grads
The Kaua‘i Community College commencement exercises this year will take place at 6:15 p.m. May 13 in the Performing Arts Center. The keynote speaker will be Gov. Neil Abercrombie, a news release states. The two student speakers are Ernest Blachowiak
