Doors to the 19th Annual Mother’s Day Show and Sale will open at 1 p.m., Friday at the Kukui Grove Center.
Hosted by the Kaua‘i Orchid Society, the show and sale is sanctioned by the American Orchid Society and will run until 7 p.m. Friday before re-opening from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Saturday at the mall’s exhibition area fronting the Deja Vu store.
There is no admission to view the specimens which will be judged by AOS certified judges and growers and nurseries will have plants, many in bloom, for purchase just in time for Mother’s Day.
Arrangements to have plants shipped to the Mainland can also be made at the show.
