Working through two days of events, the Red Raider wahine were led by Kawehi Louis-Diamond, a junior, who finished with automatic state qualifying times in both the girls 100-meter hurdles, the girls 300-meter hurdles and was part of the girls 4x 100-meter relay team — which also pocketed an auto state qualifying time.
Coach Peter Riopta said this was the ninth consecutive KIF title for the Red Raider wahine.
Cameron Twiggs of Waimea topped the boys 100-meter dash, the boys 200-meter dash and was part of the Waimea boys 4×100 relay team and the boys 4×400 relay team, all of his events finishing with state consideration time standards.

Kapa‘a’s Treston Brede earned a consideration nod for the Kapa‘a High School boys, topping 5-08 in the boys high jump.
