Gadhai and Indy Reeves of Gopal’s Creperie has been busy, working with bananas and chocolate for the Kawaikini Charter School students Thursday at the Kaua‘i Community College Earth Day celebration.
The couple can be found at the KCC Kaua‘i Community Market (they were getting smashed during last week’s Garden Fair) and the Kealia Market Sunday.
Hats off to Nelson Batalion and his ASUH-KCC students for pulling together a wonderful event (too bad there were no ecolunch items).
It’s a good thing Keith Burgess and Kevin Cadiente do duty at track since the Kaua‘i baseball boys come over for their post-practice routines and get to support the track athletes.
Lani-Rae Green, top seeded Girls Singles tennis player, and Ryan Perez, top seeded Boys Singles tennis player, did not let the qualifying meet stop them from turning out and try their hand at some of the running events.
Calvin Paleka was busy doing duty at the tennis qualifying and still made it to officiate the High Jump and then a quick change and it was off to church.
