Teruko Nagahisa of Kapaa, Kauai, died on August 3, 2012 at Garden Isle Health Care at the age of 93. She was born on March 9, 1919 in Kilauea, Kauai. She was a florist with Marina Flowers and school cook with Kapaa High School.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Nagahisa Sr. of Kapaa; son, Albert (Monica) Nagahisa Jr. of Kapaa; daughter, Jo Ann Nagahisa of Honolulu; sister-in-law, Alice Maeda of Lihue; seven grandchildren, Jason (Veronica) Nagahisa, Kennison Nagahisa, Shelley (Daryn) Ohta, Michelle Nagahisa, Kimi Nagahisa, Kristy Nagahisa, and Michael Massad; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held.
