He was born on March 28, 1920 in Kekaha, Hawaii. He was the Manager/Co-Owner of Kuramoto Store. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tamayo Togioka; and daughter, Lynn Netzer.
He is survived by his son, Paul Togioka of Wailua; son-in-law, Roger Netzer of Wailua; daughter, Sandra (David) Drake of California; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Private services were held.
