Adam Brun Sr.
Adam Ronald (Ron) Brun Sr. of Waianae, Hawaii, passed away on September 5, 2012 in Waianae at the age of 73. Born on January 11, 1939 in Eleele, Kauai, he was a retired owner of Ron’s Enterprises LLC, a former owner of Mary’s Malasadas, and Hawaii’s own Fried Malasada Ice Cream.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam Brun and Daisy Vidinha; sisters, Grace Brun and Barbara Waalani.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Brun (Nagatani); sons, Robert (Lorna) Brun, and Adam Brun; daughters, Rhonda (Louie) Sanchez, Leona Brun, Stephanie (Bam) Ferreira, Shana Santiago (Lance); step-daughter, Lorraine (Jason) Respicio; brothers, Patrick (Helen) Brun, Richard “Ricky” Waalani; sisters, Margie (Bill) Cerney, Anna (Al) Braun, Linda (Richard) Nawai, Lexi (Randall) Cummings, Mary (Wesley) Yorkman, Antonella (Carl) Schumacher; 17 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo, HI. Viewing will begin at 10 am with service to follow at 11 am.
Casual attire is requested.
Leone B. Johnston
Mrs. Leone Beatrice Johnston of Peachtree City, GA passed away on September 5, 2012 at the age of 95. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lewis Johnston; and grandson, Scott Johnston.
She is survived by her sons, Ernest (Evelyn) Johnston of Lihue, HI, Robert (Susan) Johnston of Peachtree City, GA, Glenn (Joan) Johnston of Fullerton, CA; 14 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on September 15, 2012 at Mowell Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA and she was laid to rest at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
Arrangements were made by Carl J. Mowell and Son, Peachtree City, GA.
Lawrence Vidinha
Lawrence Vidinha of Kalaheo, Kauai, Hawaii passed away on September 26, 2012 at the age of 90 at Hale Kapuna Heritage Home. Born on September 04, 1922 in Kalaheo, Kauai, he was a truck driver with A & B Commercial.
He is survived by his daughter, Charlene (Bernard) Medeiros; son, Lawrence Vidinha Jr.; brothers, Richard (Connie) Vidinha and Charles (Eileen) Vidinha; 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren nieces, nephews.
Friends may visit the family on Friday October 5, 2012 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo; visitation at 8:00 A.M; mass to be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Church Cemetery.

Mary F. Napoleon
Mary F. Napoleon of Kapaa, Kauai passed away on September 23, 2012 at her home in Kapaa, Kauai at the age of 89. Born on February 5, 1923 in Kilauea, Kauai, she was a retired Janitor for the State of Hawaii.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Napoleon; and her daughter, Frances Alejo.
She is survived by her 7 daughters, Veronica Sanchez, Winona Sheldon, Lorraine Rapozo, Marie Alejo, Ruby Tsukamoto, Diane (Daniel) Genegabuas, Beverly (Philip) Boiser; hanai daughter, Colleen Aleman; brother, John Pacheco; 24 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews & cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at St. Catherine’s Church in Kapaa from 9:30 am to 10:00 am where mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe. Donations can be made to St. Catherine’s Church in memory of Mary F. Napoleon.

Lola May Barnes
Lola May Barnes died September 26, 2012 at the age of 94. Born on June 1, 1918 in El Dorado Kansas to Elsie May and Walter Barnhill, she worked at Barnhill Paint & Wallpaper, and then was a partner in Barnes Manufacturing while managing proprieties in El Dorado.
She was preceded in death by her husband William Barnes, Sr.; and son William Barnes, Jr.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Anne Barnes of Kapaa, Hawaii; daughter-in-law Bette Orr of Washington DC; and brother Sam Barnhill of Golden, Colorado.
Private services will be held.
