LIHU‘E — Applications for the head coach of wrestling at Kaua‘i High School are currently being accepted.
Interested people may obtain application forms from Ross Shimabukuro, the Kaua‘i High School athletic director, or call him at 274-3169.
This is the first year the Kaua‘i Interscholastic Federation will be hosting high school wrestling.
A pre-season meeting on the sport will take place Nov. 13 at the Kaua‘i High School library starting at 6 p.m. for the five-tournament, plus KIF Championship, season.
The first KIF tournament will be at Kaua‘i High School on Jan. 12 starting at 10 a.m.
