SANTOS — Mr. and Mrs. Kanani Santos greeted their third child, a girl, Julia Ewelani Santos, weighing 9 pounds 1.3 ounces on Sept. 29 at Kaua‘i Veterans Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Santos is the former Brandee Shell.
