WAIMEA — Proceeds from the sale of a shoyu chicken plate, which are are available for $10 each, will help finance the Waimea Canyon Middle School students’ trip to China scheduled for March.
The shoyu chicken plates can be picked up from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Pupu’s Etc. in Hanapepe, the former Green Gardens restaurant location.
While picking up the plates, diners are encouraged to browse through the craft fair, which will be set up from 5 to 9 p.m., also at Pupu’s Etc.
