LIHU‘E — The Kaua‘i Police Department on Monday released its list of Most Wanted fugitive suspects.
Three of the suspects are wanted in the commission of the same crime of copper theft in two separate incidents. The three share an indictment handed down by a 5th Circuit grand jury in January.
Shawn Kamaka Cremer, 30, is wanted for theft of copper and unauthorized control of a vehicle. On Sept. 12, 2012, Cremer allegedly retained or disposed of copper weighing one pound or more that was the property of Gay and Robinson, Inc.
Cremer is a male described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and of Chinese descent. His bail is set at $10,000.
Ian Michael Rapozo, 27, is wanted for theft of copper. On Sept. 11, 2012, Rapozo allegedly retained or disposed of copper that weighs one pound or more that was the property of Gay and Robinson, Inc.
Rapozo is a male described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, approximately 119 pounds with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes, a medium complexion and is of Hawaiian descent. His bail is set at $5,000.
Noah Isaac Carvalho, 30, is wanted for three counts of unauthorized control of a vehicle belonging to Lynden Floor and Design on Sept. 7, 10, 11, and 12, 2012. The charges are in connection with the theft of copper indictment.
Carvalho is a male described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, with a fair complexion and of Hawaiian descent. His bail is set at $15,000.
Ronald William Doran, 23, is wanted on charges of first-degree terroristic threat, first-degree criminal property damage, third-degree criminal property damage, second-degree reckless endangering, reckless driving, and inattention to driving. He was indicted by a 5th Circuit grand jury in January.
Doran was allegedly operating a car on Dec. 15, 2012 when he terrorized two individuals and placed them in danger of death or serious injury.
Doran is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, is African-American with brown hair and brown eyes. His bail is set at $15,000.
Jason Kekoa Padilla, 31, is wanted on charges of first-degree terroristic threat and resisting arrest on Feb. 13, 2012. A 5th Circuit grand jury indicted Padilla in January for allegedly threatening by word or conduct to cause bodily injury to a law enforcement officer, followed by resisting arrest from the same officer.
Padilla is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, approximately 255 pounds with a large build, black crew-cut hair and brown eyes, with a medium complexion and of Hawaiian descent. His bail is set at $5,000.
