LIHU‘E — The County of Kaua‘i’s annual auction on foreclosed real property is scheduled 9 a.m. May 16 in the Mo‘ikeha Building, Room 2A/B of the Lihu‘e Civic Center.
Parcels offered will be sold to the highest bidder. Payment must be made to the Director of Finance via cash, money order, or cashier’s, certified, or traveler’s check.
The auction is being conducted pursuant to the provisions of Section 5A-5.1 through 5A-5.9, Kaua‘i County Code 1987, as amended, and subject to the provisions of Section 246-55 through 246-63, inclusive, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended.
