Joyce Fumiko Gushiken of Kilauea, Kauai, passed away on May 8, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 49. Born on January 14, 1964 in Lihue, Kauai, she was a cashier at Foodland.
She is survived by her mother, Tomiko Gushiken; two brothers, Roy Gushiken of Hilo, and George Gushiken of Kilauea; and sister, Jane S. Nishioka of Gardena CA.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai. Friends and family may visit from 10 am to 11 am. Service starts at 11am.
Burial to follow at Kilauea Japanese Cemetery.
