LIHU‘E — More than 500 Kaua‘i seniors in public high schools celebrated their graduation Friday night.
Kaua‘i High School honored its members of the Class of 2013 at Vidinha Stadium.
Kapa‘a High School celebrated its commencement ceremonies at New Kapa‘a Town Park, and Waimea High School honored its graduates on the school’s front lawn.
Following the formal commencement ceremonies, each of the schools hosted its own Project Graduation where the graduating seniors could spend a safe night together in a drug and alcohol-free environment.
