POIPU — Na Kahu O Hoai, in partnership with Kaiulu, and the Royal Order of Kamehameha, Kaumualii, announced Kamaloula Community Service and Leadership Project for the summer of 2025.
Participants accepted into the program will help restore the historic village at Kamaloula Cultural Preserve at the Prince Kuhio Park in Koloa. Participants will also learn about the history of the area and receive experience through hands-on restoration and conservation experience.
The Kamaloula Community Service and Leadership Project is broken into two sessions for the summer. The program is open to Native Hawaiian youth ages 14 to 21 years old.
Work hard, and earn a $500 stipend for completing the program, Na Kahu O Hoai said.
