POIPU – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Grace Pacific, are announcing a one-lane closure for portions of Hoone Road, from the Hoohu and Pee intersection to Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club, Monday to May 12, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
POIPU – The Department of Public Works and its contractor, Grace Pacific, are announcing a one-lane closure for portions of Hoone Road, from the Hoohu and Pee intersection to Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club, Monday to May 12, weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The closures are necessary for road resurfacing work. Area residents will be allowed partial access through the closure.
Electronic message boards will be posted. Drivers are encouraged to make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures and allow extra time to get to the destinations. During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic.
