LIHUE — Kauai Agora, which has been meeting in the buildings adjacent to the St. Michael’s and All Angels Church in Lihue, invites Kauai residents to a grand relocation on April 14 at its new space, Hale Lihue Community Center.
Entrance is through the coffee shop located across Kress Street. Kauai Agora welcomes people to join them at noon for a one-hour event.
“Our club provides a safe and supportive environment empowering members to improve real world skills, or ‘skills we need to succeed,’” said Kauai Agora member Donna Lynn Loo. “These include communication, leadership and critical thinking. We do this through collaboration and hands-on practice.”
Loo said Kauai Agora is excited to have been invited to join so many other community programs in this central location at Hale Lihue. Kauai residents are encouraged to attend this grand relocation event to connect with our community of individuals dedicated to growth in these practical skills. The special one-hour event provides insights into the Kauai Agora activities. Membership is free.
“Our mission is to empower members to become brilliant communications and confident leaders who will make a positive impact on our local community,” Loo said. “Kauai Agora meets the second and fourth Monday of each month starting at noon for one hour.”
