Bogart Leo Kealoha
Bogart Leo Kealoha, 80, of Hanama‘ulu, passed away on Dec. 22, 2024, in Lihu‘e. Bogart was a Fire Fighter III and Fire Rescue Helicopter pilot for the Honolulu Fire Department. He was the owner and operator of ‘Ohana Helicopters and completed his career with Sunshine Helicopters in Lihu‘e.
Bogart is survived by his six children, Jennifer (Michael) Costa, Bogart Kealoha II, Jesse (Jewels) Kealoha, Ilima (Kalei) Livingston, Willow Kealoha, Charles Kealoha, four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
A service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, at Garden Island Mortuary in Lawa‘i. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m., service at 10:30 a.m., and burial will follow at Kaua‘i Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe at 1 p.m.

Elaine Momi Keamoai Gampong
Elaine Momi Keamoai Gampong, 82, of Kekaha, passed away on Dec. 27, 2024, at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waimea. She was born on Nov. 8, 1942, in Puuwai, Niihau. She was a teacher.
She was preceded in death by husband Pedro Bala Gampong, daughter Arlene Momilani Gampong-Yaris, siblings Esther Keamoai, Levi Keamoai, Roseling Moonihoawa, Joseph Bekela Keamoai, Sarah Kaohelaulii, Andrew Keamoai, Josephine Blair, Makana Keamoai, parents Levi Hoolaai Keamoai and Rosalia Kanahele.
She is survived by sons Clyde Shintani of Kekaha, Gaylord Gampong of Kekaha, Peterlane Gampong of Hanapepe,Waylon Blair of Kekaha, daughter Kuuleimomi Gampong Keamoai of Kekaha, hanai children Jolina (Jose) Felix-Keamoai, Joni Keamoai, Hoku (Tish) Keamoai, Brian (Amber) Keamoai, Rosaline (Alex) Domenden, Betsy Wong, 15 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
A service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at the Hanapepe Salvation Army, located at 4465 Puolo Road, Hanapepe, starting at 11 a.m., followed by burial at Hanapepe Hawaiian Cemetery. The family requests aloha attire, and Leis accepted in lieu of flowers.

Frank Cecilio Nadarisay Sr.
Frank Cecilio Nadarisay Sr., 78, of Lihue, passed away on Jan. 5, 2025, in Lihue. He was born on Nov. 17, 1946, in Lihue. He served in the U.S. Army and retired as a construction inspector for County of Kauai.
He was preceded in death by parents Cecilio and Hertrodis Nadarisay, brothers Raymond Villatora, Victorino Villatora, Benardo Nadarisay, sisters Gregoria Caberto and Mercedes Ines.
He is survived by wife Colleen Chow Nadarisay, son Frank Cecilio Nadarisay Jr., daughters Lisa (Daniel) Rapozo, Lea (Darwin “Zoom”) Bukoski, six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, brothers Benny (Marina) Villatora, Antonio (Candace) Nadarisay, sisters Diane Vierra, Florencia Alviar, Julie Lopez, Delores Alimboyogen, numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, at Garden Island Mortuary. Viewing begins at 9 a.m., service at 10:30 a.m., and burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.
