LIHUE — The U.S. Marine Corps League, which manages the Kauai Toys for Tots collection, announced the opening of the collection site where toy contributors can drop off toys or financial contributions.
LIHUE — The U.S. Marine Corps League, which manages the Kauai Toys for Tots collection, announced the opening of the collection site where toy contributors can drop off toys or financial contributions.
The collection site opened on Black Friday and will continue to be available for donation drop-offs through Dec. 15 at the Kauai Veterans Center. Look for the bright red train.
The collection site will be manned on Fridays from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Sundays from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. through Dec. 15.
With one week less to shop for Christmas for this year, the Toys for Tots collection site will be open on those days this week, and for the final time on Dec. 13, 14 and 15.
