KALAHEO — The Department of Public Works (DPW) announced a scheduled road closure of Puu Road beginning on Monday, Nov. 18.
The DPW and its contractor, Kaiwa Construction, have scheduled a partial closure of Puu Road between Silva Tract Road and Pub Kulana Place in Kalaheo for the construction and installation of a water service lateral and fire hydrant
The work, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude on Nov. 20 at 3:30 p.m., is weather permitting.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and allow additional time for their drives. Individuals with questions can call Kaiwa Construction at 808-828-1157 or Brock Tacata with DPW at 808-241-4995.
