Allan R. Domingo
Allan R. Domingo, 59, of Lihue, passed away on Sept. 11, 2024, at Pali Momi on Oahu. He was born in Manila, Philippines, on Dec. 26, 1964. He was a musician for most of his life playing with bands such as Kainoa Ohana and Jadessence Limited Edition Kauai and at Tree’s Lounge.
He was preceded in death by his father Teddy Domingo.
Allan is survived by his loving mother Lolita R. Domingo, siblings Catherine (Alden) Domingo Sawada, Grace (Eugene) Domingo-Delos Reyes, Danilo “Danny” Domingo, Judy (Gary) Nako, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024. Viewing will begin at 9 a.m., Mass at 10 a.m. and burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home at 11:30 p.m.

John Vincent Howard
John Vincent Howard, 82, passed away on Oct. 8, 2024, at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born on Jan. 17, 1942, in San Francisco, California. He was a supervisor for Parks & Recreation for the City of Concord, California.
Preceded in death by parents Vincent and Margaret Howard and sister Barbara Howard.
He is survived by wife Jacqueline “Jackie” Howard of Kalaheo, sons Tom (Jenny) Howard, Mark (Susie) Howard, sister Dorothy “Dot” Schmidt and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Lillian Rose Jardin
Lillian Rose Jardin, of Kalaheo, passed away on Sept. 27, 2024, at home at the age of 97. She was born on May 15, 1927, in Kalaheo, Kauai. She was a stay-at-home mom.
She was preceded in death by husband Richard Jardin and son Richard Jardin Jr.
She is survived by son John Jardin (Arlene) of Kalaheo, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, sister Delphine McCormick of Omao, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, at the Garden Island Mortuary in Lawai. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. followed by Mass at 10 a.m. The family requests aloha attire and welcomes flowers.
