Thomas S. Blankley Jr., 71, passed away on Aug. 23, 2024, in Princeville. He was born on May 19, 1953, in Brooklyn, New York. He was a financial advisor.
He was preceded in death by parents Thomas S. Blankley II, Susanne L. Blankley, parents Julian Constantino, Christina Constantino and sister Barbara Guttery.
He is survived by wife Leona Blankley, daughter Tiffany (Bill) Woodard, sons David (Rachel) Rohner, Jason (Hayley) Rohner, grandchildren Echo Sol Rohner, Koda Julian Rohner, and sister Mary (Phil) Barefoot.
A private celebration of life will be held.

Charles Joseph Carveiro
Charles Joseph Carveiro, of Makaweli, Kauai, passed away on Aug. 20, 2024, at his residence at the age of 83. He was born on Nov. 18, 1940. He was an irrigation supervisor.
He was preceded in death by parents William and Isabella Carveiro, brother Edward Carveiro, sons Charles Jr., Wayne Carveiro and son-in-law Bill Dahle.
He is survived by wife Claire Carveiro of Lawai, daughter Carolyn Carveiro of Kauai, daughters-in-law Sheri Carveiro of Kauai, Grace Kaulili of Kauai, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, sisters Janet Carveiro of Washington, Isabelle Tavares of Kauai, Mary Ann Vander Veen of Washington, sister-in-law Yvonne Carveiro of Kauai, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held on Friday, Sept. 6, 2024, at the Garden Island Mortuary in Lawai. Visitation from 2 p.m. followed by a celebration of life at 4 p.m. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.

Richard Haruo Arakaki
Richard Haruo Arakaki, of Koloa, passed away on July 31, 2024, at Pali Momi Medical Center at the age of 65. He was born on June 4,1959. He was an auto parts sales manager with PS&D Hanapepe.
He was preceded in death by father Seisuki Richard Arakaki.
He is survived by wife Melva JB Arakaki of Koloa, sons Tyrus (Kristi) Acoba of California, Brandon (Ashley) Arakaki of Oahu, Bryson Arakaki of Kauai, Troy (Rhiannon) Acoba of Kauai, Cullen Arakaki of Kauai, Taylen (Leslie) Acoba of Kauai, daughter Ariane Acoba-Silva of Kauai, twelve grandchildren, sisters Cindy Arakaki (Brandon) Uehara of Mililani, Tracy Bukoski of Lawai, nieces and nephew.
A service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, at the Garden Island Mortuary in Lawai. Visitation from 9 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.
