LIHUE — There is still time to get tickets to the Lihue United Church — they’re located behind the King Auto Center — Labor Day Breakfast that takes place on Monday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Tickets are available from any of the church members or the church office by calling 808-245-6253. Tickets will also be available at the door on Monday for a $12 donation for adults and $7 donation for young people ages 5 through 11 years old.
This year’s breakfast is a fundraiser for Hale Opio, and the continued maintenance of the Lihue United Church’s historic campus that includes several unique and rare trees.
Breakfast can be enjoyed dine-in, or take out and includes eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries and the extra special home-baked goodies by church members.
Live entertainment is provided by the church members.
