Kauai County needs to identify which areas on Kauai will be having a sewer system option available in near future…. I dont want to spend 40,000 on a septic system if a sewer line may be available in the next 8 -10 years!!! also what a waste of grant monies … but I have not been able to get anyone in the Kauai Waste water Dept to let me know if a sewer line is coming to the Koloa area…. they just say then don’t know and there will be some private options coming..
