LIHU‘E — For the third straight year, the University of Hawai‘i men’s basketball team and Coach Eran Ganot will be conducting a free basketball clinic for Kaua‘i’s keiki on Saturday.
The clinic, which is open to boys and girls in the sixth grade and younger, takes place from 9 a.m. to noon at the Kaua‘i High School gymnasium. Registration can be done online by contacting Teddy Arroyo at email address teddyarroyo96766@gmail.com.
University of Hawai‘i head coach Eran Ganot, his staff, and student-athletes will be on hand to provide instruction to youths on Saturday at the gym, which is affectionately known to Red Raider students as The Raiderdome.
“It has been such an honor and privilege to come to Kaua‘i the last few years,” said Ganot in a University of Hawai‘i release. “The community response has been great, and the interaction between our staff and student-athletes has been phenomenal. Mahalo to all the sponsors and organizers who have helped make this an annual event.”
