‘Undying gratitude’
I just want to say aloha and thank you to departing physician Dr. Graham Chelius. Dr. Chelius handled my pain management for several years and was instrumental in my freedom from decades of “drug dependency.”
He was always thoughtful in calling it drug dependency although I knew it was addiction. I continue to be drug free and credit this good doctor for my freedom. I wish you safe travels and please know you have my undying gratitude.

Boulder trouble
Traveling north on Koke‘e Road (Route 552) just aproximately 100 yards before the first horseshoe turn on the westside — there is a boulder as big as a Ford Transit Connect. If you blink while travelling in that area one could easily miss seeing the boulder.
That boulder rolled down from where the wildfire was on the east hill of Koke‘e Road. Maybe because there was no grass or haoli koa to prevent it from breaking apart and rolling down the hill. The boulder is so massive that it reaped through the guardrail.
Has anyone checked out the possibility of more boulders that could break apart and cause an accident waiting to happen? Koke‘e Road should be closed because of the possible danger that may occur in any part of the route.
