Edie Ignacio Neumiller, the Hawai‘i State Commissioner on the Status of Women, Serena Kyi-Yim, the O‘ahu Program Coordinator for Ho‘ola Na Pua, and Regina Carvalho, former head of the Committee on the Status of Women, lead the human trafficking sign wavers along Rice Street on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
